All pre-orders are final sales and cannot be returned and/or changed in size. Pre-orders are paid in full and cannot be cancelled. On some occasions, we have problems with suppliers and it is in that only case in which Bombolé & Co. agrees to return 100% of the money.
If you make a purchase that includes a pre-order and an in-stock items, understand that everything will be shipped as soon as the pre-order arrives. If you need the in stock items sooner, please write to us and we can ship them for an additional cost of $6.
